BIRTH DOULA
This service provides individualized support for the birthing person and support team, before, during, and after labor, in order to help you feel empowered throughout the birthing process. Total cost: $1000*
Meet with you 2-3 times prenatally to discuss classes, practice comfort measures and positions to assist with labor, and discuss any questions or concerns for birth
On call between 38-42 weeks, and within a 20 mile radius of the birth
Phone, text and email support throughout pregnancy and postpartum
Emotional, physical and informational support throughout labor, delivery and immediate postpartum

POSTPARTUM DOULA
This service is designed to support families in that precious newborn time. I offer both overnight and daytime support for you and your family as you navigate life with a newborn. Cost: $35/hr*
Physical, informational and emotional support via phone, text, email and in-person visits
Baby care & babywearing education and support
Feeding from the body and/or bottle-feeding support
Preparing simple, nutritious meals in your home
Maintaining simple housework (laundry, vacuuming, straightening up the house, dust, dishes, etc.)
FERTILITY SUPPORT
This service provides support for people and families who are starting or continuing their fertility journey. This includes support with cycle tracking, IUI, IVF and other options for family-making. Cost is dependent on the client’s needs - we will work together to create a support package that is right for you.
Physical, emotional and informational support throughout your fertility journey
Optional attendance at in person or virtual doctor’s visits
Help navigating test results, options around fertility choices, and other fertility related decisions.

MENSTRUAL CYCLE TRACKING
This service provides guidance for clients getting to know their menstrual cycle, whether that be for fertility purposes, to avoid pregnancy, or to understand their unique body and its patterns better. Can be taught to anyone who has a uterus and has experienced a menstrual cycle (early adolescence - perimenopause). Cost: $250*

CHILDBIRTH EDUCATION
A deep dive into everything childbirth. This service is a supplement to what may be offered at a hospital or other birthing location, with the intention of creating a curriculum designed around your childbirth needs. This may include comfort measures for labor support, explanations of different medical and non-medical interventions, and scenarios that may come up before, during, and after labor.

ABORTION ASSISTANCE
This support is designed to help people/families who are navigating decisions around abortion and pregnancy termination, for any reason. The cost for this person is on a client-by-client basis. Please reach out, no matter what your financial ability is.

Support while attending all visits to your healthcare provider
Advocate through surgical procedures in a healthcare setting or while undergoing a medical abortion in a home setting
Unlimited phone and text support
PREGNANCY LOSS & BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT
This support is for anyone experiencing loss, whether that be a miscarriage, a stillbirth, or neonatal infant loss. Please reach out, no matter what your financial ability is.
Physical and emotional support, both in a hospital setting and at home
